~fs1034: When calling for technical support:*Tip: If you wait on the line for a real person, all you're going to get is a few hours wasted listening to crappy hold music.*From my experience, Horizon Hobby actually doesn't ever pick up the phone, AT ALL.**How do you get a person then?*Call the above number and follow the prompts for what you need (press * for tech support). You will then be put on hold.*At the first prompt, press * to leave a callback number (this is probably the second or third message in their hold loop, so just wait for it), and follow the instructions to leave your phone number, then hang up. Go make a quesadilla. Someone will call you back within about half an hour.*That's it!**Once you actually get to someone, their tech support staff is usually pretty good - you just don't want to waste your time holding when you're never gonna get someone by doing so.
