~CallHotelDirect: Google the yellow pages before dialing the *** number. "Maria" was unprofessional, gave misinformation, & lied in one of the most bizarre conversation I've had with any business. Twice I asked if I was calling a specific city & hotel, & the woman said yes. She told me there were * hotel rooms available in what I was looking for. I told her I'd call back. She quickly said there were only * rooms available. I told her she said *, & she denied ever saying *. The conversation went downhill from there. I called the hotel directly, and found out they had many rooms available! Avoid Hotel.com at all costs!
