~clam fancier: David was located in Manila, the Philippines. I deplore off-shoring of tech support like this, but he was certainly helpful and I hope my problem will soon be resolved.

~clam fancier: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~clam fancier: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~clam fancier: For that I would say four out of five.

~clam fancier: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotmail to know who you are.
