~LC29115: I appreciated my Hotmail account for well over six years. I think my account was tamper with. I was block from services due to Hotmail security alert against my account. I would like to get security clearance to get back on my Hotmail account. At this moment, I need less automation. I need to speak with an actual human being in customer service to explain my situation and to rightfully identify myself as the rightful person on my account so I can get your technical people to help me to easily get back on with Hotmail. The automation is limited and confusing to say the least.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hotmail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hotmail problem?
~LC29115: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LC29115: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LC29115: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hotmail customers?
~LC29115: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotmail to know who you are.
