~Suresh Jalari: I have been unable to check my mail's for more than * weeks. I have been trying to contact hotmail customer support. They do not have a proper e-mail id where in we can send our complaints or queries. They do not have proper contact number. I have been using hotmail for more than ** years. I have all important mail's in it. At anycost i need this e-mail. why dont you understand customers needs. Is this the way you look after your customers. May be we are using free e-mail services not upgraded to paid e-mail service but this should not be the way you treat your customers.**Regards, *Suresh Jalari
