GetHuman-411552: This is only for a person paying for MSN. After going thru all the menus I'm told I can only be helped by going on line. No way to get to a live person unless you are paying for MSN.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hotmail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hotmail problem?
GetHuman-411552: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-411552: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-411552: For that I would say two out of five.
