~Private Detox: Bait and switch. Hotwire listed a hotel as * stars. The Hotel offered a *'x*' room w* a twin bed or a "shared bathroom". * stars??? Hotwire enabled this property to boost it's nightly fee. I think it was a scam and fraudulent.

~Private Detox: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Private Detox: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotwire's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Private Detox: For that I would say one out of five.
