~unappytowirecustomer: Booked at their "* ***" star hotel, definitely not. Waited ** minutes to talk to agent, was then put on hold for * minutes and line disconnected. Called again, waited ** minutes, and agent said absolutely nothing could be done. We offerred to move to another hotel, even to another hotel in the general area, not necessarily the same town. Terrible, terrible, terrible service reps and company.

~unappytowirecustomer: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~unappytowirecustomer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotwire's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unappytowirecustomer: For that I would say three out of five.
