~Unbelievably Horrible Service: I have booked hotels for * years using Hotwire. I recently booked a room & was put in a hotel where I once stayed & had my vehicle broken into. Obviously, I did not want to stay there again. I called them twice, hoping that under the circumstances they would let me book a room elsewhere. I even offered to fax them a copy of the report from the incident & they still wouldn't work with me at all. I understand that there are no cancellations or refunds, but I certainly feel that was a legitimate reason for an exception to the rule. I am extremely displeased with their service.

~Unbelievably Horrible Service: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Unbelievably Horrible Service: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotwire's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Unbelievably Horrible Service: For that I would say one out of five.

~Unbelievably Horrible Service: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotwire to know who you are.
