GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Houston Chronicle customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~MVR: I signed up for a subscription at an Astro's game back in June ****. Delivery and digital copy. I never activated my online service. And I never received a paper newspaper delivered to my door. I called on July **,**** to cancel my subscription. I was not given a confirmation number but was assured my subscription was cancelled. I kept received emails from Houston Chronicle and decided to call them ********. I was told my subscription was never cancelled and I was still being billed. I spoke to Scott, he said he cancelled subscription but they did not assigned confirmation numbers. He also stated there were no notes on their system of my call made on ********. I requested an email confirmation cancellation of my subscription. I think these are tactics to keep taking our money!
