~Very Unhappy: Yesterday, Sept. *, we never received a paper. This is not Podunk City, Texas and if you didnt know we area major city with no paper. When I called to complain, all I got was a recorder giving me a bunch of bull and then they informed me, my paper will be delivered tomorrow, Sept. *. I have never had that response before and I had to go to the store to buy a paper. The stores had paper so what happened to home delivery. Is the Chronicle hoping they dont have to do home deliveries anymore or what. I want them to credit my account for the lack of a paper on *Sept. What a mess you guys created. I have been a loyal customer for so many years I cant even remember. What is happening to you?
