~xReservoirdogx: I have had a very horrible experience with hughesnet!!! I never speak to an english speaking person that understands me and that I can understand, then I pay for the GEN* and it is still not that fast.... So i switched to Exede and it actually worked and is a whole lot cheaper, and the people do speak enligh.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HughesNet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HughesNet problem?
~xReservoirdogx: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~xReservoirdogx: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~xReservoirdogx: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HughesNet customers?
~xReservoirdogx: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
