~ATV: They spoke English from a foreign country and when I tried to cancel * different times they stated that I had not canceled. They sent me the cancelation box * months ago and I sent it in with the modem but have been continuously charge on my account for * months. Worst company ever. Will never do business with them again. Hope the third time is the charm to get this closed. Horrible customer service and bad internet connection in evenings and during any rain, wind snow etc.

~ATV: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ATV: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ATV: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HughesNet customers?
~ATV: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
