~sexyred: first of all put someone one the phone that can understand your language. I ask a question and never got a clear answer. If I had know Hughesnet was this poor I would have never gotten it. Hughesnet *****

~sexyred: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sexyred: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sexyred: For that I would say one out of five.
