~sickntried: I been trying to get a refund because they have been taking money out of my account. This is been going on for over a month in trying to get my refund my refund from them. They keep sneding me email that they send it to my account. I keep telling that my account is closed to mail me a check. I have gave them my contact information for them to send my refund. To this day I still haven't gotten my refund. They also told me that I had to do a three way with my bank so my bank can tell them that the money is not iin my account. the bank has verified that the money is still not in my account. I opened y account with Hulu and never used it and had cancelled my account with them but they took me for almost a year with out me authorizing. This is a form of rubbery nd is unfair to a senior citizen who only gets one check amount. I'm so tired oh how Hulu has treated as a person and has gave me the most horrible customer service. I wonder if there corperate office knows how these representtive a

~sickntried: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~sickntried: For that I would say five out of five.

~sickntried: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hulu to know who you are.
