GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-parkerf: I was told I had a week free, I decided I did not want to be billed the *.** due to issues I was having with the Hulu. I did not want to forget to cancel and get billed, so on day three of the week free I canceled, thinking like other companies, I would still get my four other days free and account would terminate after that, nope it cut it off right then. I called and was told they could not turn my service back on for the four days and if I signed back up I would be billed immediately! That told me I made the right decision by cancelling. If you are given a week free, you should get that week free, it should be honored, in my opinion they count on people forgetting to cancel by the seventh day and being billed for the month.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hulu. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hulu problem?
GetHuman-parkerf: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-parkerf: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hulu's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-parkerf: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hulu customers?
GetHuman-parkerf: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hulu to know who you are.
