~Nats nona: WOW WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, you just do not see that any where any more!!! They are worth having just because there customer service is really refreshing, compared to most customer service that is just awful,(just about everywhere)!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hulu. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hulu problem?
~Nats nona: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nats nona: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hulu's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nats nona: For that I would say five out of five.

~Nats nona: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hulu to know who you are.
