~i'm stupid: after * months of trying to get Humana to pay a claim, and hours of getting the run around thru the humana maze of idiots. I find out my doctors office did not fill out the proper "clinical intake form" NO ONE at humana ever mentioned this, all they would say is your referral is not on file. The referral that was faxed in several time was wrong, but no one at Humana would take the time to call my doctors office and tell them. I have spent HOURS on the phone with every department imaginable, they just send you around in circles. these other departments will not even try to help or let you talk to their supervisors, No EXTRA EFFORT ON ANYONES PART. **-***-***-**** keep pressing * they finally figured it out. WOW I WILL NOT BE RENEWING WITH HUMANA IN ****. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,JUST PASS THE BUCK,NO ONE CARES, SERVICE CENTER IN THE PHILIPPINES , WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!
