GetHuman-321992: I signed up for the $** dental and they sent me no payment book & no card, but they did my husband! Every time we call, we get a different person, and they all say my card and book are in the mail. We've had this run-around for * solid months now, and are getting tired of talking to people in NC, NY, TX, and who knows where else. Humana is TOO big and not co-ordinated.
