~CUSTOMER HORRITS: Extremely poor and broken English. Humana's customer service is unexceptable and we have an emergency in our home. We have PPO insurance and we were turned around at the doctors office because we were told we need prior approval to see the doctor. This appointment was made a month ago in advance. Customer Service could not be reached and my husband is standing there in excruciating pain . HUMANA IS HORRTIBLE
