GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Humana customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-kweathe: They took my $$ and haven't returned it. I need it, I'm disabled. The phone keeps hanging up on me.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-kweathe: I enrolled in Humana through ConnectColorado (CO version of Obamacare). After enrolling, they changed their provider panel. I can't do that. CO has helped me get into BCBS, so I have had to pay * premiums now. I need my $*,***.** back so I can pay my bills. They are well aware of this. I called them before Christmas. Now I can't get a person on the phone.

GetHuman-kweathe: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-kweathe: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Humana's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kweathe: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Humana customers?
GetHuman-kweathe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Humana to know who you are.
