GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Humana customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~BurnsBabe: I called because I didn't understand a code on my bill. (Initially, I was supposed to pay no premium, but I added dental and so pay a small one each month.) The info on the web site didn't really help, and the standard number to call seemed set up to protect the workers from direct conversation with clients. So I called this number. I opted for "dental" because I didn't fully know how my billing worked. Turned out, I should've called the medical number, & I was transferred to that eventually. Seems Humana has already deducted from my bank account. OK. Just wish I would've known that before.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Humana. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Humana problem?
~BurnsBabe: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BurnsBabe: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Humana's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BurnsBabe: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Humana customers?
~BurnsBabe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Humana to know who you are.
