~tag1911: Had a computer issue. Was talking to a guy in Atlanta withing * minutes of calling. Only note - this line will only service products that still have active warranty's.

~tag1911: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tag1911: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about IBM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tag1911: For that I would say four out of five.
