GetHuman-13516: I went to the IHOP Restaurant on San Fernando on March *, **** and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. They had an event where if we donated $*.** we would get * free pancakes. We signed up as a party of * people and we were told the wait would be long and we agreed to it. When our name was finally called one of the waiters told us that because two of the people in our group had been there earlier they could not come in anymore and only * of us were allowed to come in and the other * had to stay outside. He made my two friends feel horrible and we just walked out. From our party only * were planning to get pancakes the rest of us were going to buy other orders.
