~Symantha: First time I called I was disconnected. Next time Person didn't even speak any English! I did online check-in for a client and was never given an option to choose my seats, then they automatically assigned seats NOT together! And not where they wanted to sit, too! Then my agent called Iberia Corporate and was told that there were no seats assigned even though I can see the seats online! Iberia needs to get its act together! My clients are seriously pissed off and they blame US because we're the middle men! This is unfair and it is costly. I have spent * hours trying to get this sorted and time is money. We've wasted more time and money than what we made on this booking. I will NEVER book Iberia again unless I hear you've cleaned up your act.
