~STEVE : My recent trip with iberia to santiago de chile from madrid was horrendous. Despite the lengthy ** hour journey the staff on the flight were rude and unhelpful.Above all when I arrived at chile I was examined and interrogated by border control for more than an hour after mistakenly filling in a visa entry form which the iberia staff had distributed at the end of the flight with no explanation of its importance on arrival, a common occurrence with iberia according to customs in chile.
