~SparkleDee: I purchased an office chair previously there and I needed a replacement part so I called the local store *, and was put in a message loop several times so I then used their *-*** * and finally got a human after hearing the choices and then in Spanish,which I did not choose to hear, and I explained my problem, and was put on hold, then told my chair is now discontinued and then then CS ** said perhaps they had one they could part out, Let me transfer you to someone, and then I explained my problem to CS ** and then she tried to sell me a part for a newer chair that would not work for my current one, then I explained what CS * * said, and was put on hold, then I was asked for my receipt for this and I stated I'm tired, disabled and a senior citizen and did not know offhand where this receipt was and she still insisted even though I have purchased many from thousands from them and then I was transferred to CS **, who also did not believe me and then I got insistent, and after putting me
