~Do not call Ikea: I had trouble logging into my account. I hit, forgot password like * times and was never emailed a reset password and I waited over a week. Called "so called" customer service and they said wait * more days for the email with your reset password to come through. WHAT?! Okay, whatever, I waited anyway. Day *- still Ikea have not reset the password so I call CS again, they say there is nothing we can do to help you. Sorry, try hitting the forgot password button again. Excuse me!!!??? Do you not have an IT, webmaster or password help department?? THEN, THEN, she say yes we do, but they are closed b*c it's late at night. Ikea's CS is not knowledgable and they don't know how to solve problems. I give them a grade of a -F* that's NEGITIVE F!!!
