GetHuman-404131: I ordered and received my item with a part missing so I phoned ikea costumer services who ordered the missing part and told me my item will be with me in *working days. I did not receive my item on the *th day so I phoned ikea costumer service again waited ** minutes than I was told there is no tracking number to chase my item so we will have to reorder your missing item again and it will take another * working days to reach you. But on the *th day I still didn't receive my item! So I phoned ikea costumer service again waited ** minutes on line and was told we can't track your order as there is no tracking order for your item again! All we could do is order you another one and get the store to write a tracking number for the courier to write down when collected from the store, the I team could take * to * working days to reach you! How bloody poor service is this?!!! I will never order from Ikea again and I would never recommend anyone else to order from ikea. I have never cone across

GetHuman-404131: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ikea to know who you are.
