~Doodledoo: I used Lucyphone to call this number, so no waiting. I just went about my business and they called me back. Service rep was very helpful* and she turned out to be right when I went into the store later using her information. I would NOT however, recommend using their email service. They pasted some standard text that had nothing to do with my questions. The phone is your best bet, even if it takes forever.
