~lizzie: No communication, order delivery dates unfulfilled, customer service rep uninterested - and a * week wait for items that are supposedly in stock - they should get their act together. If I tried to reorder the same item it gives an earlier delivery date than the soonest date they can possibly deliver. There website is out of date and does not give true up to date information concerning my order which is "being processed" despite missing the delivery date of yesterday. Overall rubbish service - I should have stuck to ebay where everyone is more keen to keep good customer relations.

~lizzie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lizzie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ikea's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lizzie: For that I would say three out of five.

~lizzie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ikea to know who you are.
