GetHuman-399108: IDES should change the customer service dept to the no service dept..after a *:** automated message-info speech they" connect" you to a CSR rep..in reality the phone then rings for ** more seconds then the automated operator says they have a large number of calls..ease try again later...then disconnects. *I found this number ***)***-****. And the info recording wasn't too bad..as of right now I have been on hold for ** minutes. ..wish me luck
