~susanec: I bought an item online they said was in stock, then received an email it was not & order cancelled. Stated they would not charge credit card, however what they fail to tell you is that they put a hold on your credit card. I contacted credit card co & asked how long for hold to come off (so I could free up credit line to purchase item elsewhere) & they said only a few days IF the company that placed the hold calls to them to advise the order was cx, otherwise, takes ** days! I called IMEDMART twice and asked them to please call my credit & they refused. They were rude & tried to argue with me that would it not take that long for pending charge to drop, but tomorrow is * days & its still on there. will NEVER order from them again.
