GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-topzand: Me and my boyfriend were in the santa rosa drive lane around * ** maybe * pm. The man at the first window rushed me and never gave me my receipt. The girl at the second window, her name was alaska, told us what we had ordered and helped us add on a Dr pepper that was missing from our meal. She was calm, relaxed and very patient. She made up for our expirience with the guy who took our money at the first window, we felt that her customer service and patience should've been recognized.
