~Anonymous: Unprofessional. Managers gave incorrect information pertaining to my policy. They never activated my prescription card so I was without meds for a week. It took me * days of calling them to try to find out about a participating provider. I ended up having to get help from an outside source. Fortunately for me I have some knowledge about insurance but I feel sorry for anyone that doesn't because they will tell you anything to get you off the phone. After my horrendous * day phone ordeal I requested to file a formal complaint and * days has passed and no call back yet.
