~angelina: The worst company to try and deal with if you need help. This is actually my *nd bad experience with them, but that's another story. This time we were having a lot of problems with our electricity and found that we need to replace a breaker switch. In order to do that we have to have the main breaker shut off. I called Sunday night of last week and they told me that a technician would be calling me back at some point through out the week. Friday rolled around and still no call so I called in to see what was going on and the customer service rep actually told me it was partly my own fault for not calling in sooner and then turned around and said that their technicians are busy dealing with "actual outages" so we just have to understand that we are at the bottom of the list. I then explained that our electricity is going on and off all day and that if it keeps up our food might go bad or we could even end up with a house fire. She then went back to saying that she can't help and that it
