GetHuman-323638: Customer service rep spoke very poor english. My intex pool pump broke after just * months. They said they would replace it but it will take **-** business days AFTER my claim is reviewed. I'm sure my pool water will be green by then. Then when I asked to speek to her manager, she hung up on me. I will NEVER buy another intex product as long as I live. This will also be posted on all social media networks. You are a joke of a company to work with! Can't wait till your manager calls me back in **-** hours!
