~Danni: I purchased a intex pump and the *st time we turn it on it has water coming out everywhere intex customer service says they can only ship ground and that I should go to my locat pool supply store but a brush and chemicals to keep my pool clean since their pump failed to work. The customer rep also told me he was the owner of Intex. Very poor products and customer service.
