~Adayta: Model pump ***, we bought this less than one year ago, used it for less than three months. A new one costs over $**.**! I called your HORRIBLE customer service department, if you called it customer service. The lady was rude and wouldn't transfer me to her supervisor because I no longer had my receipt...... Honestly I didn't think we needed it, the other pump lasted the pool almost four years or summers. I am in complete disbelief that Intex would train the "customer" service representative to treat people like this! I will recommend never NEVER buying anything from this company again, to my friends family and coworkers. Until if you so chose to rectify the issues. *I'll await a response.*Adayta Axelson**** Tulip Lane*Waupun, WI ******If you do chose to simply send a new pump-filter system.
