GetHuman-289554: If you have a serious issue (mine was unresolved after ** calls to regular customer support) the Office of the President is the way to go. I believe they will call you if you file a complaint with the BBB.

GetHuman-289554: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-289554: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Intuit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-289554: For that I would say three out of five.
