~Tourist54220: I booked a tour and had to pre-pay in full*$***. Three hours prior to the tour, the owner cancelled, citing a family emergency. He has a NO REFUND policy and refuses to return the money, even though HE cancelled the tour. I called him and he hung up on me. He has not replied to a follow-up e-mail either. He did not deliver the service promise, and has kept my money. It needs to refunded immediately.
