~annoyed ell: I totally agree they just take money off your credit card without authorisation and when you ring and complain they say they can not refund it and the account due date is never the same day of every month so you never know when the money is going to be taken off your credit card,,, i had there home ph and internet deal it was only ment to cost $*** a month but my monthly account was $*** i nearly died chargers for this and charges for that READ THE FINE PRINT before signin up to this company,,, and when u try to switch providers they lock your out going calls untill your final account is fully paid
