GetHuman-craiga: Horrible company! Placed order through Walmart. iSave was third party vendor. Called * days after order. "Jack" said order had shipped but couldn't contact the "warehouse" to get tracking number. He said they had my email and would email me with info. I contacted Walmart when I did not receive the tracking number. Had *-way conversation. iSave told Walmart same story. After a week, they admitted they did not have the item in stock. I canceled the order and received a refund. "Jack" said item was defective. REALLY, a battery? Just one lie after another. Don't do business with these people. Too many good vendors to have to deal with their horrible treatment of customers!

GetHuman-craiga: For that I would say four out of five.
