~Mary Jane B.: Somehow J Jill opened up a credit card for my Mom over the phone. They gave her a $**** line of credit without even asking her. All she was trying to do was purchase some items on sale. The items on sale were unavailable and she ended up buying two tops for over $***. The person from either J Jill or Cometity Bank told my Mom that she was not allowed to use her bank card to make the purchase. My Mom may have said she wanted to use her debit card, but I don't appreciate how the person took advantage of her. My Mom called the **** * and tried to figure out where her bill was and they just told her to pay the amount due on *-*-**. She told the person that she gave me permission to talk to them on her behalf. I called the following day the ***** which my Mom referred to as the "bank". They found no notation on the computer that my Mom called at all. There are so many other details that I will hold off until later. I have to try to figure this out without calling that unhelpful *
