GetHuman-291683: I have a credit card through jcpenny. I have been paying what I can afford monthly. They don't think its enough so they harass me daily with phone calls and when I finally call them to try to work with them about some sort of payment arrangement all they did was told me they couldn't work with me and wouldn't tell me why they definitely need to start giving people straight answers instead of sounding like a broken record try to ask them something and they won't even really answer you
