~Sjambiri: Japan airline is supposed to be a good airline, however I have a strong believe right now after being a loyal customer to this airline, that this airline is not meant to serve foreign customer. I have ***,*** mileage and meant to redeem for my next flight however, my request under the code RLVUJ* and QQVUM* did not get a proper attention. Meanwhile my time to departure date is getting closer, and I still have to apply visa and also booking a hotel. No matter what I said, It doesn't get any proper attention unlike redeeming mileage to Singapore Airline. Second go public to this firm will not make this company survive for a long time if the behavior of this airline is remained. Or maybe they thought I am an indonesian anyway that can be easily unfairly treate
