ON DEC. * ****.I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL.ON FEB ** I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS NOT JCP&L'S PROBLEM,I WAS LATE & A LATE CHARGE IS APPLIED.WHEN I GOT A FAXED BILL I SAW THE ADDRESS POSTED WRONG.I AM IN PARLIN,A SECTION OF OLD BRIDGE WITH IT'S OWN ZIP & POST OFFICE.BUT THE BILL WAS SENT TO OLD BRIDGE AND NEVER DELIVERED.I GUESS THE ERROR IS MY FAULT BECAUSE JCP&L DOES NOT MAKE MISTAKES!!!!! RESULT,PAY A LATE FEE & BAD CREDIT. WE NEED AN ALTERNATE ELECTRIC COMPANY.
