GetHuman-354019: I called to request information regarding the outage due to Sandy. I was lied to by a representative named Brook from Ohio. I asked if a call center existed in NJ and she said yes. I asked for a supervisor call back from NJ. She repeatedly told me that was not a problem and took my information. She said Brick would be without power for at least another *or * days but she didn't know why . I then ended the call and hung up. I called back and spoke to a girl from West Virginia named Ashley and she told me there was no call center in VA and my account had no mention of the ** minutes of lies I received from Brook in Ohio. The corporate address to complain is : JCP&L, ** South Main Street, Acron, Ohio, *****. I will write and let them know the have reps who need more training in telling the truth. I know this probably falls on deaf ears but at least I feel a little better. Shame on Brook from Ohio.
