GetHuman-346420: Terrible - JCP&L web site has totally conflicting information and reporting on restoration. Our entire neighborhood still doesn't have power and its ********. We keep getting dates that slip and really crappy level of customer service when someone actually answers the phone with virtually nothing but boiler plate rehtoric. We tracked down a Penn Electric truck who said that we weren't even in the system when our entire neighborhood called dozens of times!! This is the *rd electric company scouting truck that came by over the past week and we are still out of power.
