~Anon: We were placed on hold for an hour and some change only to be told that we would have to wait another day to receive a callback. The next day was a slew of phone calls and broken promises to ring us back with gaps of hours. The communication was terrible, the office was a hassle and they gave no estimation on when our power would go up. Terrible, I wish PSEG served this area!!
